About Us

Custom Coaching provides proactive and forward-thinking services and tools to teens and young adults who are Navigating High School, Transitioning to Post-secondary education and Beginning Careers. There are many decisions that need to be made between the age of 15 to 24 and often students find these challenging. The individual, customized sessions are offered online or over the phone. It just doesn't make sense to wait for teens and young adults to fail and have their confidence and mental wellness compromised before offering them the tools and services many of them need.
