We are excited to announce that Liaison College Kitchener has rebranded to Top Toques Institute of Culinary Excellence! This rebrand reflects the College's vision and sole focus on education and training for the industry. Director Chef Elaina Kourie, C.C.C., MWMCS, and her team of Chefs have an uncompromising dedication to exceptional culinary arts education and training.
Today, Top Toques offers Ministry-approved diploma programs for individuals who love to cook and want to learn what it takes to succeed in the foodservice industry. The students of Top Toques are the future leaders of the culinary industry. They are dedicated to training in culinary arts excellence, food science, culinary management, entrepreneurship, hospitality, and much more.
Applications for the upcoming fall program start dates are now open! Programs are offered in an accelerated time frame through full-time and part-time studies with online options available.
