The home inspection that everyone should have, no exceptions. My above the industry standard inspection covers everything a home owner must know. I go above the industry standard, each and every time. Completely impartial, fact based analysis of each property to help you make an informed decision.

  Included in each inspection is a full colour, photographic report. Each of the conditions listed in the report is a hyperlink to a knowledge database to assist in the understanding of that specific condition, its implications and potential repair costs (listed as a range). Standard practice for all inspections conducted by Sachs Inspections also includes the use of IR Moisture detection equipment and moisture metres. Also included in all of my reports is an electronic copy of The Home Reference Book, over 460 pages, that will allow my clients to read up on each of the major systems within their home and gain a greater understanding of the home, its structures and components and related complications that can arise, as well as the best building practices according to modern standards.
