About Us

As a full time musician with 40 years in the performance and education business, Robin's passion for passing on his craft and love of music has inspired hundreds of saxophone, clarinet, flute players and singers.

Robin has performed with some of the greats of show business, and Heads of State while serving in the Canadian Forces Central Band in Ottawa from 1980 unitl 1994.

Robin is presently the musical director for the Ceremonial Band of the Waterloo Regional Police Service, a position he has held for just over 11 years now, as well as the musical director for the (All Star KW big jazz band) Big Band Theory, as well as a prominent jazz saxophonist and singer throughout Southwestern Ontario.

Robin teaches private saxophone, clarinet, flute, and vocal lessons as well as jazz improvisation techniques to 30 aspiring young and sometime not so young musicians. It is never too late to start, but of course starting early makes it easier.
