When I decided to take a long-awaited trip to Havana this winter, I contacted Sheryll. She looked into different hotel and flight options, which saved me a lot of time. She kept in touch with me and gave me a lot of valuable advice for the trip.

When I came back I told her about a problem we had at the hotel (if I had any internet access I would have contacted her while we were there) - and she took care of informing the appropriate people. It is nice to know there's someone looking out for you!
