We initially contacted IM Designs about four years ago. He was one of a few quotes we got. We liked him immediately. Very professional, no pressure sales , listened to what we wanted. However, at the time we weren't ready. We put it on the back burner.  Enter 2020!  We contacted Ian earlier this year. Said we were ready for a new kitchen! Ian still had our original plans, and remembered us, and where we lived.  We got together a few times. Went over the plans. Made some adjustments. Ian made some great suggestions from his experience!  IM Designs made everything easy! He sent our plans to a local countertop company. He recommended a plumber. Recommended an electrician. And provided a website to buy our door handles/pulls!  IM Designs made the whole process easy for us!!  Long story short , our kitchen is now installed!! OMG!!  We have new cabinets, charging station wall unit, glass doors, lazy-susans, quartz countertop, 7" door handles, soft-closing doors and drawers.  We love our new kitchen! We loved the whole process! Communication and deadlines were great!  Being in a small town...you'll get that great small town service!!  *Ian didn't like the look of one door. He took it back to the shop and brought back right away.  *He came one morning out of his way to show me how to adjust the doors if necc.  *He calls and messages to see if everything is good.  *Returns calls promptly  *When I couldn't be home for the countertop install , I asked him to be here to watch...without hesitation he said yes  *he noticed the countertop was 1/4" short in two places. He insisted not to settle for it. Countertop company was called, they replaced!  IM Designs wants a happy customer every time. They will go the extra mile for you!  We are VERY VERY VERY happy with our new kitchen  We highly recommend this company!!
