Greg Hertzberger provides advice to corporations, their directors and shareholders, financial institutions and entrepreneurs.

His practice includes business financing, asset transfers, mergers and acquisitions, as well as intellectual property and royalty licensing agreements.

Greg has also developed an extensive practice in estate and business succession planning and as well represents health care professionals and their corporations.

He has lectured on business and intellectual property law and tax implications of charitable giving at Sheridan College, Conestoga College, and the Wilfrid Laurier School of Business. He has also developed and instructed courses including “Engineers and Contract Law” for private companies.

Greg is pleased to support the Physician Recruitment and the Young Professional Committees of the K-W Chamber of Commerce.

He is a past Director of the national award winning, “Association of Collegiate Entrepreneurs” at Wilfrid Laurier University. He is an avid Harley Davidson rider. Greg enjoys volunteering for the Annual Ride for Dad in aid of prostate cancer research. Former Director of the Downtown KITCHENER BIA.
