My husband and I were very disappointed with the customer service and the state of the flowers. Firstly, the company phoned me up and was going to deliver them on a wrong date despite my husband's request to deliver them on St Valentine's Day. Secondly, every time I received a phone call, they introduced themselves as the florist shop that spoiled the surprise. Moreover, as the flowers were ready for the wrong date (3 days before the holiday), they were kept in the shop for all that time, and didn't look fresh at all. Furthermore, the size of the bouquet was considerably smaller that it was supposed to be. Also, the driver couldn't find the address despite all our directions, and I had to go outside and meet them. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone as they spoil surprises by phoning you up and saying the name of the business (I received 4 phone calls from them!!) and the state of flowers is poor!
