Bass Lessons - Beginner

$240 for 12 half hour lessons, $480 for 12 one hour lessons

Beginner bass lessons introduces the student to the parts of the bass guitar, and how they work.  We will tackle tuning the instrument, changing strings, learning simple melodies, and the overall role of the bass in a band setting.  The bass, I find, is somewhat of an underestimated instrument by non-musicians, and needs to be recognized for how important and awesome it truly is!  We will also learn the names of notes and some of the all-time great bass riffs.  As always, the age and ambition of the student comes into play in regards to the direction of the lessons.  If there's something you want to learn about the bass guitar, we can do that too!

Beginner Bass Lessons are priced as follows: $40/hour, $20/half hour
