Drum Lessons - Beginner

12 Lessons = $480(hour long), or $240 (half hour long)

Beginner drum lessons vary depending on the age and ambition of the student, but

essentially these lessons will introduce students to their instrument, the drumkit, and

from there we will begin exploring different basic rhythms using the different parts of

the kit.  Lessons will focus on how to count properly while playing, and the different types

of "notes" used (ie. quarter and eighth note pulses).  If the lesson is held at the student's home,

having a drum kit of their own is required.  I can offer help in picking out the right kit to buy or to rent.  We can also focus on how to play specific beats from favourite songs, and generally follow the student's interest with regards to exploring the music they already may enjoy.  Don't forget the sticks!

Beginner Drum Lessons are priced as follows: $40/hour, $20/half hour
