QUILTS - SOLID WOOD FURNITURE - BAKING - SILENT AUCTION
This year the auction is a hybrid of online and live auction and will be split into three categories.
(1) Silent Auction - Friday Oct. 30th 9am-5pm & Saturday morning Oct. 31st with bidding to close for silent auction at 9am. Extensive selection of gift certificates for corn seed, grass seed, feed, mulch, gift cards & baskets, and much more. Toy tractors & equipment, dog food, 40 – bales (round) straw. (partial list only). There is also an opportunity on Friday to view furniture / quilts and to place reserve bids.
NOTE: Bake Sale Table and Treasure Table are OPEN, but located across the road at 1251 Arthur St. N. (Leroy Brubacher's)

(3) Live-Online Webcast - 218 Lots including 160 handmade quilts, wall hangings, comforters, crib quilts, afghans and hooked rugs / Homemade Mennonite Furniture / Farm and Yard items - Catalogue viewing begins Oct. 21st. - 9:30 am: In person-only outside auction (wagon load)
- Approx. 10:30 am: New & used farm and yard items (inside)
- Approx. 11:00 am: Handcrafted wood furniture
- 12:00 Noon: Quilts
*PLEASE NOTE: In compliance with public health, we are restricting numbers at EPAC to 50 people in the building, and 100 people total on the property. A limited number of tickets are available for $20 for those wishing to reserve a seat for the live quilt auction. Tickets can be purchased in advance at Elmira District Community Living, 118 Barnswallow Drive, Elmira. Please call Karole at 519-669-3205 x0 to reserve your seat. All auction items have been donated and all proceeds will go to Elmira District Community Living to support individuals living with intellectual disabilities.
