Added exterior pot lights to this duplex conversions.

For the cost of installing these pot lights it helps bringing in better tenants and also keeping them safe.

For this project we have the front of the house pot light controlled from the main entrance door and the ones down the side are controlled from the back to which is the entrance to the lower unit. This way each tenant has control over their own entrance.
