This past Christmas, we managed to send 6000 meals to Waterloo Region Food Banks by skipping our own gifts and donating through our business, Baby Charlotte. We wanted to keep the help coming to our neighbours in need, though. My Christmas CD 'Christmas Eve' is still for sale at Baby Charlotte, with 50% of proceeds going to Food Banks Canada, but I thought we should do something local for Valentine's Day with our Share The Love campaign. For the month of February, we're giving 10% of our Jellycat sales to Waterloo Regional Food Bank. And, to help people stay safe at home, we are offering free Ontario shipping on orders over $30 for the month of February.

For pickups, please call us from your car when you arrive. You may pay ahead online, or we can bring our wireless payment terminal out to you. If you do not have a phone, please knock or ring our doorbell at the back double doors.
Pickup Hours: Tuesday through Saturday: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
Local delivery is usually within 1-2 business days. We will box your order and leave it at your door. Email notifications will be sent to update you on the status of your order.
Shipments with couriers & Canada Post leave our store on days we are open. Email notifications will be sent to update you on the status of your order.

Delivery delays are to be expected, due to the overwhelming shipping loads UPS and Canada Post are experiencing.
Please note that our current free shipping/delivery over $30 option in Ontario will be fulfilled at our discretion. This means, that if you are local, our team will deliver your order. If we are unable to deliver it personally, or you are outside of our delivery area, we will use Canada Post and UPS to get your orders to you.
We may be closed to in-store shoppers but we are here Tuesday to Saturday from 11am to 5pm for curbside pickup. You can order online or by phone at 519-570-0648.
